Overall project management – ensure all parties including lawyers, accountants, valuers, consultants and registrars meet required deadlines

Due diligence – conduct due diligence investigation towards various aspects of the company

Submission preparation – liaise with Hong Kong Stock Exchange and SFC, and prepare required submission documents

Marketing – assist in the preparation of marketing materials including analysts presentation, syndicate briefing, road-show materials and organisation of investor meetings and road-shows

Pricing – determine the best offer price to balance the interests between the Company and the investors

Placing – placement of the shares of the Company to various investors so as to enhance the liquidity of the shares
